E. H. Prior is a fourth generation Norfolk butcher, founded in King’s Lynn in 1930, and the same traditional values of high quality meat with as few food miles as possible are as important to us today, as they were almost 90 years ago. Much of our meat is sourced from local farms – including water buffalo reared on the Sandringham Estate – and supplemented with specialty items such as wild boar sausages.
